Bill Parker has managed multi-billion dollar businesses with the following organizations.

Kmart: Vice President and General Merchandise Manager, Home Décor and Furnishings: $2.6 billion in revenue with EBITDA improvement from $180.0 million to $203.0 million while successfully competing with and gaining market share against Target and Wal-Mart.

Payless Cashways Home Improvement Senior Vice President of Merchandising, Distribution and Supply Chain Management: $2.1 Billion in revenue with EBITDA of $260.0 million.

Banana Republic Senor Vice President of Stores and Operations: $1.6 billion in revenue with EBITDA improvement of $45.0 million in two years.

Gateway's Retail Stores, President and General Manager: $1.3 billion in revenue and Grew to $1.4 billion in revenue with four wall operating income improvement from $7.0 million to $67.0 million in less than one year.

Bill successfully transitioned from the corporate environment to the private equity world by investing in and becoming the Chief Operations Officer for Pharmaca, Integrative Pharmacy, a specialty retail company with a conventional pharmacy coupled with complementary and alternative health products.

After successfully developing the strategic and operating plans for Pharmaca, Bill was recruited to develop and refine the brand message and image of L. A. Fairchild Denim Bar. The name of the company was changed to Jeanomix, a start up company focused on branded premium denim jeans and contemporary sportswear for men and women. Denim "Style Saloons" were located in San Francisco, the Los Angeles area and San Diego.
